2. Services Boxed Bliss Photography offers ‘in-the-box’ portrait photography services. We provide themed and custom photo sessions as described on our website.

3. Booking and Payment

• All sessions require a booking and a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot.
• Full payment is due at the time of the session or as specified in your booking confirmation.
• Prices are subject to change, and any changes will be communicated in advance.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will forfeit the deposit.
• Rescheduling is allowed once without penalty if requested at least 48 hours in advance.

5. Delivery of Photos

• Photos will be delivered digitally within 3-5 business days.
• Print products can be ordered separately and will be subject to additional processing and shipping times.

6. Intellectual Property

• All images and content are the intellectual property of Boxed Bliss Photography and may not be used without permission.
• Clients receive a license to use the images for personal use only.

7. Liability

• Boxed Bliss Photography is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the photo session.
• We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items during the session.
